As part of the new office expansion for Simron Properties, located at the existing Sugar Creek Office, began by conducted a future needs assessment. Pyra Engineering then designed Simron Properties’s new main data center to allow for approximately 5 years of growth using HVAC, for this quickly expanding company.
High efficiency split system cooling was utilized the data center room was designed for growth by allowing future space with server racks/cooling, power and aisle containment.
